Huffington Post Keeps Referring to Sasha Obama as "SASSY"

Don't you just "love" liberal "progressives"? They're bringing 1850 back! Yes folks, the Huffington Post has an obsession with referring to Sasha Obama as "sassy." They are a repeat offender despite the fact that their readership has pointed out repeatedly that referring to a child as "sassy" is pejorative, they keep referring to Sasha as "sassy." Is the only way they can view a confident, ourgoing little girl is through the lense of "sassiness?" Why not call her "Lil Sapphire" and get it over with.  You can read the rest over at MOW.  I thought we shut down chicanery and foolishness last Friday, but folks are determined to keep me blogging right up through Christmas Eve.

Behind the Scenes Election Night Photos of Obama Family on Flickr!!

Folks, have you been waiting for the behind the scenes photos of President Elect Barack Obama and family from election night? Well the Obama campaign ended up putting them up exclusively on Flickr! HOW COOL IS THAT???? I think you can even order photo prints on Flickr. Thank goodness we have someone that understands new media! The photos were released under a Creative Commons license! Yay! Now we all get to enjoy them. Tons of photos so I won't put them all here. Go download them for your blogs now. On a side note, the lava lamp dress looks a lot better in these photos. Maybe it just didn't translate well on television. One of my favorites is President Elect Obama with his mother-in-law.

Election's Over, Now What To do With All That Free Time?

Barack Obama and family are now making plans to move into 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Now that you aren't reading tirelessly about tracking polls, and watching YouTube clips and are beginning your election season withdrawal. It was strange not to have any inclination to hit up my usual early morning haunts this morning. So now what do I do with all that free time?
