Poindexter faces 8 life sentences in Dunbar Village gang-rape conviction

Later they reportedly were heard screaming on an elevator, after 20-year-old Tommy Poindexter's conviction on 8 rape, kidnapping, assault and burglary charges in the infamous attack at West Palm Beach's Dunbar Village housing development two years ago.
Poindexter faces possible life sentences on each of the 8 charges. Judge Krista Marx set his sentencing for October 13.
Meanwhile, a second jury deliberates in the case of co-defendant Nathan Walker, 18.
They are nearing a half-hour of the 5 p.m. point at which Judge Marx said she may release them to return and continue Monday, unless they say they are close to reaching verdicts.
A faux funnel cloud attracts interest from the media reps, attorneys, and staff awaiting the second jury's verdict.

@ LaJane, it's the "don't snitch" culture, even if it means you'll do life in prison. What a shame! What a shame!
If those family members had spent more time actually raising Poindexter, he and they as well would not be in this situation.

Jail time is not good enough,I,m sorry torture is the best thing for all involved.How can anybody do such things,It makes me sick that we will be paying for there 3 hots and a cot.I know some of you are thinking this is wrong what I,m saying,But I will put it in perspective.What if it was your mom or son that this happen too.I think most of you would agree....Animals
I say worthless garbage like these clowns should get the death penalty.Prison is too good for these pos humans.Not just the death penalty either but it should be done on payperview so it is a true deterent to other deviant slobs.Needless to say the revenue generated from ppv executions would be huge compared to certain taxes we pay today and the money saved by not housing these scumbags for all those years should be given to the victims..
I also think the parents of these kids deserve to be charged with neglect.If my dog bites you I can be sued.Why should parents of dogs like this not have to take responsibility for their actions or lack of action?Why should people be allowed to shit out kids and not take responsibility for being a no good parent?
