The Blogmother
C.B. Hanif reporting from PB County Courtroom 11H:
First a correction:
Tabatha Haliburton's interview with Ruby Walker, mother of defendant Nathan Walker, appeared here in previous posts. She is a friend of the family who I misidentified as his sister. In the interest of accuracy and transparency I'll append the previous posts as well.
Here in the courtoom: Defendants Tommy Poindexter and Nathan Walker entered promptly at 8:30 a.m. Judge Krista Marx entertained motions in limine (more on those later).
From Craig Williams' opening statement: "They throw her on the bed and they rape her. They vaginally rape her and analy rape her," at times making her son watch.
Public Defender Carey Haughwout telegraphs the defense: Not the the crimes occured, but "You have to determine what role Tommy Poindexter played in these crimes."
Gotta go. I hope to post a midday update.
In meantime am on Twitter (cbhanif).

Have they posted pictures of these boys in news papers or anything? and i'm not talking thumb nail size like i think they did on CNN's website but an actual A4 papers size in a news paper because here in the UK recently a mother and father was convicted for child brutality and we got two huge (almost covered the whole page) clear pictures of them in several different papers.
I think it's only right they should do the same for these boys.
