The Big Dawg Takes the Stage!!

Bill Clinton just stepped to the stadium. As I did last night. I will update this thread throughout the speech.

Bill has to tell the crowd to sit down! Please stop sit down sit down, the bloggers fall out laughing.

"That campaign generated so much heat it increased global warming"
Speaks about American hurting on two fronts.

Everything he learned as president and since has convinced Clinton that Barack Obama is the man for the job.

Clinton is going right at McCain's "Not Ready to Lead" strategy.

Obama "hit it out of the park" in choosing Joe Biden.

Clinton calls for a renewal of the battle against HIV and AIDs domestically.

Clinton about McCain- he loves his country just as much as we do.
Clinton says that onOn the two great questions how to rebuild the American Dream and how to restor our place in the world, McCain is still stuck in the past.

BIll Clinton is the first person to boil down an argument against a McCain presidency in less than a paragraph.

"In this case, the third time is not the charm".

plouffe; obama's speech will combine kennedy-reagan(uck)-clinton. (i wish he'd leave that reagan stuff alone, origin of "me" generation greed -uck again).

building a bridge between two powerful-successful dem machines to forge a new politics, well... bless him for even trying.
