Check out this provocative piece of work by a fellow AfroSpear member. It is called the Black Girl Lost Survival kit. If the macromedia isn't working, you can download the pdf . Feel free to print it out and drop it off personally with the news director at all of your local television stations. Sad but true.Hat tip to Hadji! He has done some other work on this issue as well. Hat Tip to Ms Deidre from Black and Missing .

Wow... [*WIT bowing in respect to Hadji...*]
Hmmm...I do see the valid point, but I question the "delivery"...
Definitely eye opening though. Of course, MSM would vehemently deny any racial bias in news coverage of missing women and children, even though it is blatantly obvious. Anderson Cooper even touched on it in his memoir (I read it at my coworker's insistence-it was OK...).
The women/girls Deidre featured on her website would never get the time of day from the likes of Nancy Grace or MSNBC.
I salute Deidre for keeping the focus and concern regarding our missing Black sisters.

Yeah, I thought it was going to be do's and dont's when your child first goes missing and include things you should have like knowing the child's weight/height and having recent, clear pictures and video.(Not looking for anyone to put that info together and distribute. I do have that stuff for my son though.)
Its pretty pathetic the only time missing Black women get attention is when the media lightly taps itself on the hand for its nonexistent coverage. Then they go right back to ignoring Black females (and males of all races).
